Damaged Items:
For any damaged items in your order, please submit a claim by contacting us at hello@camiliasupply.com within 14 days of receiving the items and include proof of purchase. We will review your claim promptly, and if eligible, you may qualify for a refund or a replacement from Camilia Supply.
Please note that sales items are not eligible for replacement.
Your cooperation and timely submission are appreciated, and we are committed to resolving the matter to your satisfaction.
Missing Items:
If you've received your package but find that some items are missing, there's no need to worry.
Please reach out to us at hello@camiliasupply.com with your order number (#OL) within 14 days from the delivery date, and we'll be happy to arrange for a replacement or refund. It's important to note that claims made after 14 days from the delivery date will not be approved. We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to assisting you.
Return Items:
To initiate a return, please ensure that the items are shipped within 30 days of receiving them and include proof of purchase. Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email regarding the eligibility for a refund. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within a few business days after the return is processed.

Pre-Order:
You have a 48-hour window to cancel your pre-order for a refund.
Please note that pre-ordered items are special requests from our customers, and refunds for these items will only be issued in the case of incorrect or damaged items being sent.

Customers are responsible for covering the return postage costs, as well as any associated taxes or duties. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. It is advisable to use a trackable shipping service or consider purchasing shipping insurance when returning items, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned items.
