Return & Refund

Damaged Items:

Damaged items must be claimed with, within 14 days of receiving, with proof of purchase.

You may be eligible for a refund or a replacement from Camilia Supply.

Sales items are not eligible for replacement.


Return Items:

Return items must be initiated for shipping within 30 days of receiving, with proof of purchase. 

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification of the eligibility for refund regarding the return items.
Refund will be issued via the original paying method within a few business days.


Conditions of return:

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Non-Returnable Items: 

To be eligible for a return, the items must be in unused and same condition while receiving, with original packaging.

You have 48 hours to cancel you pre-order for a refund. 

Since pre-ordered items are special request from our customer that may not meet the need of Camilia Supply, we are not able to provide refund for pre-order items unless wrong items or damaged items sent.

Customer are responsible for return postage costs and any tax or duties. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please allow the return items to be well-cushioned.

We may provide return shipping labels for your return, any costs on return shipping will deduct on the refund.
